Overview
All persons who wish to work as massage therapist must be permitted either by the City of Healdsburg or the State of California pursuant to Healdsburg City Ordinance 888. For those not issued a state permit you will be required to apply for a massage therapist permit, you must submit the application packet to the Police Department.

The license is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
State of California Licensing
