What is your refund policy?

The Community Services Department reserves the right to cancel classes due to lack of enrollment or for any other unforeseen circumstance. In the event that the Department, or contracted instructor cancels a class or program, enrollees will receive a full refund. Refund requests made by a participant 72 hours prior to the start of class will be issued a full refund minus a $5 administration fee. Requests received less than 72 hours prior to the start of the class will be assessed a $10 administrative fee. Administrative fees are waived if the participant transfers to another class or program. Refund requests made during the course of an activity will be prorated and subject to a $10 administrative fee. Failure to attend a program or 'no shows' will not be granted a refund.
