[ARCHIVED] Upcoming Public Meetings: 3 North Street Site

3 North Street

We understand that some of you may have questions on the future of the 3 North Street project. Here’s an update on upcoming public meetings -- note that the following information is preliminary, so please check back. 

February 12, Parks and Recreation Commission, 6 PM, City Hall, 401 Grove Street: The Commission will receive an overview of the 2015-2017 planning process on 3 North Street, Council’s approval in 2017 of the schematic design for the community pavilion -farmers’ market, and information on the $7 million donation pledge from the Foley Family Foundation. The public will be allowed to comment on this agenda item. March 2, City Council Meeting, 5 or 6 PM (meeting time not confirmed yet): City Council is expected to discuss the site and receive additional information from City Staff on the proposed project, the $7 million donation pledge, affordable housing, and a SMART train station.
