[ARCHIVED] Reporting Hotline

red phone

Conditions can change quickly and winter weather is on its way. When storms arrive, they bring heavy rain and strong winds that can cause localized flooding, downed trees and other conditions that have the potential to interrupt City of Healdsburg Utility services.

The City of Healdsburg understands that utility services need to be reliable year-round, that is why we have been pruning trees away from power-lines, cleaning the storm drains to avoid localized flooding, and preparing the water and wastewater systems for winter weather.

However, we can’t guard against all of Mother Nature’s affects. Whether you have an issue with your water, electric, or sewer utility services or need to report debris in the roadway, one phone call can get you the assistance you need.

(707) 431-7000 or TOLL-FREE (855) 755-6586

Keep these phone numbers close and program your cell phone for easy access. When you need to report a utility service problem, call this number and follow the prompts. With your help we can identify problems quickly and start restoring service as soon as possible.
