On May 18th, in response to the Emergency Regulation adopted by the State Water Resource Control Board, Healdsburg City Council voted to expand the Stage 2 mandatory water conservation measures originally enacted in January 2014. Council voted to implement a resolution to limit outdoor irrigation of ornamental landscaping or turf to no more than two days a week. • Adjust irrigation valve run-time to account for fluctuation in weather and to avoid runoff

• Washing motor vehicles without using a hose equipped with an automatic shut-off is prohibited
• Irrigating turf or ornamental landscapes during and 48 hours following measureable precipitation is prohibited
