1. City Clerk

    The City Clerk's office coordinates and administers the city's records retention and management, among other duties.

  2. City Manager's Office

    The City Manager's office is responsible for implementing the policy decisions of the City Council and for the management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the city.

  3. Housing & Development Department

    The Community Housing & Development Department oversees strategic partnerships with a number of experienced housing service providers and develops and administers a variety of programs to assist with the preservation and construction of affordable and market rate housing in Healdsburg. The Department also provides information and resources to renters, landlords, property managers and developers.

  4. Community Services / Parks & Recreation

    The Healdsburg Parks and Recreation Department houses all functions related to public parks and community recreation. The department manages over 220 acres of parks and open space, operates the Community Center and Senior Center, coordinates the Tuesday Concert series and offers a wide variety of quality, affordable classes, camps and activities for all ages.

  5. Finance Department

    The Finance Department provides financial management of all city funds, utility billing, meter reading, customer services and central support services to other city departments.

  6. Fire Department

    The Healdsburg Fire Department, established in 1858, is responsible for protecting the life, environment, and property of its citizens and community from the dangers of fire and hazardous materials incidents and by providing emergency first aid response to medical emergencies.

  7. Electric, Water & Wastewater Department

    The Municipal Utility Department is responsible for development and maintenance of the city's infrastructure.

  8. Planning & Building

    The Planning and Building Department is responsible for overseeing and guiding development activities in the City of Healdsburg.

  9. Police

    The Police Department is responsible for the protection of life and property, the maintenance of order, the control and prevention of crime, and the enforcement of motor vehicle laws and regulations.
